Health Light & Love Spiritual Wellness Fair Registration
Dates: Saturday & Sunday April 5 & 6, 2025 - both days 10 to 4 p.m. Location: Willow Point Lions Hall 2165 South Island Highway Campbell River, BC
VENDOR COSTS: Two days $130. Shared table $150 One day $80
EARLY REGISTRATION: Payment in full BEFORE March 4, 2025 - Two days $120, Shared table $140, One day $75
If you need more than ONE table and/or extra space, the cost will be double the prices listed.
Tables/space is limited and on a first registered & Paid basis.
Registration is considered COMPLETE upon receipt of registration and payment.
Once all payments for tables received, a wait list will be kept in case of a necessary cancellation. Registration can be completed, scanned, and emailed. Or just write your info in an email

Deliver in person with cash or a cheque at a pre-arranged time and place, or you can call me and pay via Visa or MasterCard.

The building is open for vendors to setup Saturday starting at 8:00 AM, Sunday at 9 AM.

Space includes one table, two chairs. If necessary for your business, the space will accommodate a massage table or massage chair in addition or instead of the table.
Please let me know in advance if this is required.
Your name will be on your table when you arrive. If necessary to change your location, I will do my best to accommodate, if it's possible.
Outlets are limited and will be given on a first requested, first assigned basis. Most plug in’s are on the stage, please bring your own longer extension cord.
Parking is limited and it would be advisable to move your vehicle, once you have unloaded for setup. There is space available in the mall parking lot across the road. Just not in front of signs saying store parking only. Or use the park on the other side of Sybil Andrews house. This will leave parking spaces closer and behind the building for your clients.
Out of respect for clients and your fellow vendors, please do not pack-up before 4 p.m.
If cancellation is necessary (unless last minute) 50% of your registration will be re-imbursed. If cancelling at the last minute, or not showing up for either day of the fair, 100% of your registration payment cannot be refunded.
Wifi - There is a wifi available at this location. The information for connection is on the wall next to the kitchen.
Advertising will be on social media (feel free to share), as well as posters and any other available media sources. Please share these posts on your social media pages as well. The more we help spread the word, the more everyone will have a successful weekend.
A food vendor will be on site. However, there are food places within walking distance. Tim Hortons, Discovery Foods (deli), And others
Door prizes. If possible, please consider donating a door prize.

p.s. I will follow government regulations as mandated. To date, vaccine cards and masks are no longer required for larger venues. This, however, could change if once again required by government regulations.
